I heard they are trying to hire some Chilean nationals now due to lack of nationals in Chile and agreements with the pilots union.
Do you still have to go through the whole interview process to see if you match with the famous Lan profile?
There are some spaniards apparently waiting to join the airline before the end of this year or beginning of the next year.
