cv submission and od

HI! been a silent reader of this forum. just wondering, whats the difference when they say "for cv submission only " and an "open day"? For cv submission, do we have to wear the complete bussiness attire suit and full make up as well? or does it apply for the Open day recruitement only? I plan to wear slacks on cv submission, since we are asked to submit it to them only unless they would already do the screening process like checking of our whole body and any visible scars? im confused! does anybody here have an idea how the cv submission in manila goes? how many applicants usually participates each time they have this recruitemnt? lastly, im already 32 y/o single mom, wouldnt that be an issue to them? really hope not. im contemplating whether i'll go for it or not! pls help. i would really appreciate any response! thanks and congratulations to all who made it!
