Dear Merlion, the reason sia recruits from India and Malaysia is due to the low number of qualified candidates in Singapore. Population here as you know is not big, and not all uni grads wants to be pilots. Some Singaporeans who go for the interviews did not do their homework and know jack about flying. How do you expect the airline to select them if they can't be bothered preparing for interviews?
