Try flying Virgin Atlantic from T3 some time with one of the best lounges (sorry Clubhouse) anywhere and excellent spa type treatments. The food knocks the BA lounge stuff for six too.
Virgin's dedicated security channel is a hit too.
I'm not a BA knocker by the way and am a frequent flyer on both airlines.
