Are you seriously suggesting someone spend 15 lacs on a type to get a CPL RENEWED?
As far as i understand, This thread was started to know what the procedure/requirement for CPL renewal is. So lets stay on topic. Why not just do the required number of hours to renew it ? whats the harm in doing that?

And Who queried as to how many interviews your "friends" had in the last 7 months??! Maybe the person doesnt want to spend money on type right now. I sure dont want to, just to get my CPL renewed.

Hey guys, so my CPL is lapsing in under a year, I wanted to know what the procedure is for renewal of the license, I've tried the DGCA web site but they talk about renewals only after your license has lapsed and I've not been employed so if anybody has any information regarding this it would be greatly appreciated
Can someone please share what is the flying hours requirement for CPL renewal?
