Mobile refueling on private airfields
Need some help here.
Our dropzone has a serial complainer living nearby and this month he has complained to council about our mobile refueling truck. We believe we comply but need to throw some paperwork back at council.
i have a 2 page doc from the EPA that seems to point out we are ok.
Is there anyone who has a mobile refueliing truck on a private airfield here that can help?
Also this clown has cost us and council a large fortune over the last 20 years and we have had enough any suggestions how to deal with him legally of course.
