The crosswind limit for most commercial jets is 25/40knots, on a dry runway including gusts.
Regarding the video.... the movement of those aircraft approaching the runway seem very abrupt, which to me would indicate the video has been sped up somewhat.
If I was in a aeroplane moving around like that, I'd want out!
