Ornis - Visibility by definition (check ICAO or your CARs) is predicated on being able to see and identify a
prominent object by day.
That is subtly but very importantly different to there needing to be a prominent object to see.
"It's the vibe of the thing your Honour," doesn't stand up in court.
But that in itself doesn't make it a bad idea!
