Just want to draw your attention to a thread at Rotorheads.
Essentially if your JAR license doesn't show the
level of your language proficiency, your license is invalid. UK-issued JARs do not have the level stated. Most States are turning a blind eye, but the Irish and the French aren't.
You need a CAA letter in your hand.
