The nearest I have got so far is a series of aerial photographs taken in 1968, but of the central part of Abu Dhabi emirate around Buraimi/Al Ain. Very interesting pictures they are too! On the one below you can see your old Buraimi (Da'udi) airfield very clearly.
The runway runs from top left (near where the Hilton Hotel is now), to bottom right, where the Intercontinental was later built.. You can even make out the white arrow threshold markers.
