1. Not everyone who work at CLC have "set foot on ramp". As a matter of fact some of them never worked as Flight Dispatchers, i.e. they never worked with Load Planning/Weight & Balance!
Does this mean that, in your opinion, no one should be allowed to work as a load controller if they don't have any previous experience working with load planning / W&B?
Where are we gonna get load controllers from, when we run out of people who are already working as load controllers? Implant W&B chips on newborns' brains?
You are wrong, it's not the few, it's the majority, who have never worked with W&B before. And I can't see why that should be a problem.
With this corporate mindset of requiring previous experience instead of focusing on training, in one or two generations no one will be able to get a job!
