Surely something is better than nothing. Every thing has pros and cons though.

I am not a licensed dispatcher. I just work as one.

However, if you want to be a qualified dispatcher, you will have to join an airline first. They train you for a few months. Then the DGCA exams.

Not an easy route.

Theres a CAR for it. Search for it, its easy to find.
