I'm waiting to get pissed-off/very disappointed if the final report is missing any data. In the meantime, I don't believe it's fair to accuse them of that. 'Interim' means just that. I do agree in general that there
appears to be holes in it, but guessing is, IMHO, pointless! Might you be what they call a loose cannon?
