Aren't you gentlemen missing an opportunity to hand fly your machines?
I'm all in favour of handflying the big jets, but the rules say:
"Autopilot should be engaged within RVSM airspace for cruise an d flight level changes." (In Europe all FL's between 290 and 410 included are rvsm)
