my calculation:
25.000 euro
+ 15.000 euro (sector pay --> 500 sectors x 30 euro)
+ 2000 euro (sector pay bonus)
-----------------
42000 euro : 12 = 3500 euro
- 22% tax = 2730 euro net

not so much :/
