2 bed - 2 bathroom - Lux Flat near Gatwick

A 2 bedroom - 2 bathroom - Luxury Flat - Fully Furnished.

The flat is located in Three Bridges in Crawley.

It is situated on the third floor of a very small block of ALL privately owned or rented flats. It is a 10 minute walk from Crawley town centre, and a 10 minute walk from Three Bridges main line train station from which Gatwick Airport is the next stop 4 minutes away. There is a Pub / Restaurant directly opposite the estate, and there is also bus stop situated opposite as well with services to Gatwick Airport.

The flat has it's own allocated parking space, with numerous visitor spots for a second car.

The flat is not overlooked on either the bedroom or living room side, and also has a secure entry phone system.

There are real pine floor boards fitted throughout (not laminate).

The furniture is mostly from Marks and Spencer home, and is modern and comtempory. Decor is in neutral colours to suit most tastes.

The lounge is large with a 3 seat and 2 seat leather sofas. These are subject to replacement, and any prospective tenant agreeing on a tenancy before replacement can have input on the new suite to be purchased. Lighting is on four uplighters connected to dimmers. There are two french style doors which open up fully as well as plenty of ventilation. There is also room for a small dining table if required. Heating is provided by an Economy 7 storage heater, which also has a boost function.

Both bedrooms are doubles. The main bedroom has a double bed, large fitted wardrobe, bedside table, tallboy, ceiling fan/light, and ensuite bathroom. Heat is provided by an electric heater. The ensuite has a toilet, basin, cabinet, and shower cubicle.

The second bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables and a large chest of drawers. There is room for a wardrobe if required. Heat is provided by an electric heater.

The main bathroom has a toilet, basin, bath, and shower.

The kitchen is in a galley style. it has a large fridge freezer, electric fitted 4 ring hob and oven, and large capacity washing machine. All crockery and utensils are included.

The flat is fitted with Sky TV in the lounge and the main bedroom.

Water is heated by Economy 7 to keep running costs to a minimum, and there is a large tank which is more than enough for an average days use for 2 / 3 people. There is also a boost function should more water be required.

Any tenant that takes on the flat is welcome to "treat it as their own". If you wish to redecorate, or put up pictures, this is not a problem as long the colour choices are not wild or outlandish.

Rent is £850 per month plus all bills except grounds charges, with a months rent up front, and a month and a halfs rent as a deposit. The deposit will be put in a secure deposit scheme.
