If I were you , I'd forget near the airport , take the excellent train service to Central Station ,30 mins tops , and see if you can get into the Meridien which is attached to the station , so no taxis needed at all .Try and get a room hi up facing the city , East , great views of KL , one of the great cities in my opinion .either chill out at their fantastic pool , or take the metro to Petaling Street /Chinatown for an hour or two . Enjoy.
