Loudest Bizjets
The US has just passed legislation banning stage 2 bizjets and private aircraft from 2016.
I gather such aircraft would include RR Viper powered Hawkers, RR Spey power G2's. What others would make the list. Are there many still active?
Interestingly, it seems prop aircraft are starting to generate more and more noise complaints. Are there any that are really loud, or is it peoples complaint threshold is being lowered after years of much quiter aircraft.
What is depressing, is the selfishness of people who live around an airport. A local residents action group round the airport i operate out of are trying to ban all late might.........MEDIVAC flights.
