Some of the stuff I saw in the QR sim ...
... Algerian captain crashing it multiple consecutive times on a EFATO, and Algerian TRE said nothing and gave all "5"s on the debrief ... Indian TRE and Indian captain speaking Indian to each other in the whole 2 day sim detail, and speaking to the F/O for about 2 seconds in the entire time ... local TRE spending literally more than half the four hour sim slot, talking on the cellphone to his friends ... TRE trying to teach that an obstacle-strategy drift down is done in open descent with autothrust engaged ( i.e. with engines at idle power

) ... ALL these things were personally witnessed and experienced by me.
If the worst thing that you peasants can stick on the Brit TREs, is signing off some JAR renewals at the same time as they do the QCAA ones, then things have really really improved in that place
