The reason you met a lower than 200hr Flybe chap is because he was "sponsored", The hrs are quite irrelevant.
Flybe will recruit the likes of your "mate" again who is earning £20 per hour, and most likely very shortly, can you say the same for Easyjet? No you can't so what exactly is your point?
