Thanks a lot for your help mate. I will definitely contact Mr Vipin after receiving the letter from dgca. Called the medical cell and you were right, i will get a letter stating all the tests required to be done from outside.

Thanks for the sympathy, in this part of the world there is nothing much i can do than following every word of what they write, its like a dictatorship where the medical officer doesnt want to believe the ECG reports and pulse rates monitored by an advanced machine but his age old method of holding my hand and measuring the pulses
