Dunsfold operators presently have no plans to licence the airfield as their prime money making activity is hiring out the runway to McLaren/Top Gear etc. and the OFZ is infringed by hardware connected to this, but the ATC unit will need to be licenced of course.
A hearing for a 'Certificate of Lawful Use' (unlimited movements 24/7) commences shortly. I'm told this is different to a planning appeal.
