Here in India, we've got the extremes when it comes to pax and behaviour. I think the pax was interfering with the captain's duties as PIC by not allowing him to board the aircraft.
What if he turned violent on-board if he didn't get his way for something else..
It's the attitude that nobody tells me to make way for anyone else that got him into trouble...it might work with his driver or servants at home but he and others alike need to be taught the hard way...
As for the staff and pilot being rude to him, I find that hard to believe as most Pvt. Airline staff in India are extra courteous .Kudos to the captain for having the guts to do this
