I just don't understand this bullish stance, if true, by most east african countries. Just read this article and been left scratching my head.

Understandably, its a murky topic but I know many expats flying in Kenya commercially. It all sums up nicely to who you know and "kitu kidogo" on the immigration bureaucracy. If you want it bad enough, its possible, though just sitting on a freshly cooked cpl won't get you anything in this part of the world without a little hussle.
