Try Combat Alexander http://www.combatalexander.co.uk/cgi...Catalog/28339. I don't think they sell Icom batteries but they will re-cell them, certainly the A3 ones.

I had one done with 1000 NiMH cells for less than 30 quid. Lasts for ages and no memory effect.
