Regarding the link to the AOPA article that I posted, the author describes his anxiety while flying as the feeling of the helicopter being the head of a pin and no matter which way he moves the cyclic, he feels like he is going to 'fall off'!
I'm having that exact feeling every time I get up to 2500ft!
