TG crew makeup and safety

Hi all

I'm about to be subjected to a series of flights on TG as SLF both international and inside Thailand. I was wondering who makes up TG flight crew, many expats, or mostly natives?

How about safety culture, CRM on the deck, any at all or draw of the luck sort of thing?
