Think that's one for CAAP i'm afraid. I know of what i've heard... but from what I gather, conversion/validation terms are specific to the individual. For instance if you joined Cebu on the 320 (they only hire current Type Rated folk with time on Type), I think you can go straight to the simcheck.
The most important thing is to demonstrate competency and safe standards by passing the checkride whatever aircraft you're in.
