Yes, it's a pitot tube on the LH wing. (On the other wing, though, Finnish aircraft had a rather large protruding searchlight that the Dutch aircraft lacked.)
It's the exhaust pipe on the engine in the 7 o'clock position.
I don't know what a gear tab is, but all control surfaces had trim tabs, non-air-adjustable on the ailerons.
The engine/prop would have had a small effect, but you can't say if that would be in the direction of the prop or in the opposite direction?
I know that some single-engined prop aircraft have assymetrical features built into the airframe to counter engine/prop effects, but I don't think that was the case here.
