Short answer will be "No". You will not be considered if you have less than 5 credits in your O levels, even if you have a degree to back it up.
Reason being, for preparations to become an airline pilot, you are required to take a certain amount of exams in a certain amount of time. The intensity of the studies is akin to taking the O levels. Having a degree does not mean anything as anyone with a level of competence can complete it if given time.
I believe this issue was raised before in this forum. Your best bet is to retake your O levels if you are serious. If not, your application will just be electronically filtered out if you submit it with your current resume.
Good luck.
