I'll take the liberty and read between the lines...you are looking for anything that will help you get into Canada and land a job, as a flight attendant in this case. As stated before, there are no short cuts, there are no easy ways, there are no magic bullets to help you do that. If you wish to go to IBT, then go for it but I suspect that what they will teach you is 90% common sense and 10% industry specific information. Fourth floor of a small office building with hardly any parking spots. It probably is fully legitimate but then again you'll come full circle with the work permit and permanent residence status.
