Same happened to me. Got up quickly, ran upstairs, few seconds later found myself on the floor with a dented head.
Tests involved measuring blood pressure lying down, then standing up and re-measuring. Seems the prescription for blood pressure lowering had been overdone.
I'm just a GA pilot, so no consequences for employment.
