Most of them are on the map and not powered unless prior arrangements..Fuel for the generator is expensive.
Even if it was up and transmitting, you would use the WAAS plate and go for the coordinates instead. If the beacon was working, it would just be a procedural backup. Tell Susi I miss that expensive Gin.
