A good friend of mine works with suzi air , he got recruited in jan 2011. I remember him telling me that the interview with the chief pilot was quite difficult and they expected him to have a sound knowledge about the caravan's ! and he was asked a question like how many feet is there in a nautical mile and u gotta calculate mentally .then describe in detail on how do u conduct an instrument approach and they want you to be really articulate . then some tests on the computer where u gotta shoot an ILS ( throttle will be controlled by the examiner ) . and brush up on the G1000's aswell . gud luck with ur interview !!
