See the pictures? It is an AH-24 PB which translates from the Kyrillic alphabet into AN-24RV.

This one is "Reaktivnyy Ooskoritel" - a Turbojet boosted export version, similar to the An-24V but fitted with a 1,985-lb (900-kg) thrust auxiliary turbojet engine in the starboard nacelle.

I can see in the video that the fire seems to be in the port nacelle but who know what Ivan has built into the port nacelle as a "counterweight" to the turbojet in the starboard one...? Maybe the additional fuel tank for the booster?
