they want to see that you have flown 30 hours in last 3 years on VT ( in indian Territory only) Registered Aircraft
Where in the Annexure it is mentioned that you need to do 30 hours on VT registered aircraft?
Can you guide me to that ANNEXURE ?
If that was the case then no one from outside India would have got RTR-C/P.....

You need to have 30 hours of flying in last 36 months to be eligible for RTR license.
TR hours do not count....Suppy hours count.
Some pilots in 2010 showed TR as flight hours and got RTR-( P) License .....so you need to check with WPC RTR personel.
