Many thanks for your message, but I am so worried about this I am thinking about not going..... Its the tests that are bothering me as know I wont pass.
Bit of a defeatist attitude. If you go and you give your all and dont get it, then so be it. At least you tried!
If you decide not to go because you dont have the drive for the job then yes you deserve not to get it.
If you want the job then go and give it your all, if you arent bothered then dont waste both your time and their time by going to the test. I would love in the current climate to say "na im not bothered about that job, im not going to go." But that isnt possible.
