presumably you too read the advert for ba CSM where pay, terms and conditions were clearly stated.....however a few posts back you were asking for info. regarding average take home pay for that role.To me that would imply that you don't really know how much you are going to take home even though it was CLEARLY stated on the ad.
Smell the coffee is obviously very dissappointed with his take home pay......maybe he is not achieving what was promised,working on an allowance system where pay is determined by a bidding system that may not always work in your favour, can make take home pay vary by an amazing amount.
Hypocrite comes to mind
