Any help converting a mexican ATPL to FAA ATPL

Hi MarkerInbound,

I´m a mexican pilot with over 10,000hrs currently flying the B737-NG,
I just became a US resident (w/greencard) ,could you tell me, how to start the process of converting my licence and be able to work in the states.
