Try sending a mail to CAE Madrid asking them details of A320 Type Rating Program. And the reply u'll get.... This would be a part of it !!!!

All courses offered at our centre are in accordance with the DGCA specifications and are currently available to holders of an Indian CPL.

In order to undergo type-rating training, the pilot must fulfil the following requirements:
  • Commercial Pilot License (CPL) valid till end of the course;
  • Multi Engine, Instrument Rating (IR) valid till end of the course;
  • Class I medical must be current;
  • Fluency in English.

I read the mail sent by Indigo for the assessment and it says only IR rating endorsed.
Thats the reason I told him
Quote:
Please Cal and Confirm
And if u read the link posted by u properly... there is a small NOTE which says
" Licence must be valid at all times "

I hope u know wat it means !!!

Take Care.
