They are simply testing the waters. Nothing more. They are trying to gauge the trend in experienced vs. inexperienced pilots on the market. This is NOT an application it is a survey disguised as an application.
Seriously though, this is a real scumbag airline. What they pay their pilot staff is a direct indication of what they think of you....which is lower than whale !!!!.
