Negotiations between NIA and the wind farm developer have been "on going" for a long time now.
There are solutions available to the radar interference;
the purchase of appropriate software to elliminate the wind farm from the radar picture, or, if NIA get class D airspace the windfarm will be inside it and could be marked as a permanent echo on the radar screens.
