Sometimes it is not all about making a profit.
But unfortunately it is about covering the operating costs, at least.
Nobody is going to provide an amenity if they cannot cover their costs, indefinitely.
Anybody thinking otherwise is living on borrowed time.
And much of UK GA
is living on borrowed time, due to property shark pressure.
