I lived abroad for almost the half of my life so my interview at Azul was the very first one in Brazil. Therefore, I was curious, but at the same time, a bit nervous. I’ve done interviews in 2 foreign languages but never in Portuguese, so sometimes I couldn’t find the right word.

I had a very good impression from the moment I entered the building until I left the premises. The selection is as following:
  • Presentation of the company, what are they looking for etc etc.
  • Group tasks (very fun to do) and you have the chance to discuss a few subjects.
  • Technical test (multiple choice) several ATPL subjects.
  • Lunch
  • Interview – They evaluate you individually and your technical knowledge.
  • English test (they evaluate your conversation level, reading and listening).
  • Medical check
  • Drugs test

The results from the drugs test takes approx 15 working days, then you get the result from the selection by e-mail.
