no shopping...i wonder what THAT is like, haha)))
about the pictures - as it was my first interview with an airline EVER, i had no idea about how those pictures should look like. so i just had my friend with a professional camera take a few shots of me at home. but as i realized later, they looked RREEALLY home-made, mostly because of the background, because though i was standing in front of a plain grey wall, you could see the floor and even part of the window...

but as many people said above, it was ok for the open day. when we got through to the FI, we were ALL asked to re-do the photos in studios. The rules were very strict, and by the way, the more like it you look at your selection procedure, the better!-)))))
For girls it were: a business attire (skirt! pay atention to the length

), with or without a jacket (if without, then there should be a neat blouse with short sleeves), classic heeled shoes with a closed toe. Hair very neat as well and tied back like stewardesses usually do it

only STUD earrings, no more...and they should not be dark, like i had black studs on me and was told that at the picture, they might get the impression that you have big holes in your ears

no bracelets and big rings, the maximum is a concervative necklace. and it's good to be fully made up. at my final interview i was afraid to look vulgar and chose rather light colours for the make-up, but for the photo was asked to brighten up

because on the airplane,in its lightening, you will have to wear bright make-up.

For boys it's much simpler: neat hair (with not too much gel or other hair cosmetics) and a business suit. if you wear earrings - then they should also be replaced by studs...if not taken off at all)))and that's it... the posture is the same for everyone) and...if it's a studio, i wouldn't worry about the background as long as it doesn't come out white.

at my studio, the background was initially white, but they somehow arranged the light and in the photos - ta-da! - it actually became grey!!!
and i'm still in two minds about the medicals.as i can see, the fast-track option is a really new thing and i haven't met people who have already tried it. any surviviors?

)))))))
