As far as I've heard from colleagues over at Pelican now, things are going terribly slowly, and few are being hired. Many students are opting to leave immediately after they complete their CPL-IR-ME. Even when hired, they're looking at well below 50 hours a month. I'm not at Pelican any more, so I can't say anything certain about the current situation - but I left early (before visa expired) because the last couple of months I was earning well below what I needed to survive..
