The FCC and the FAA are two separate agencies. So nothing goes on your FAA certificate, it's just another piece of paper to carry. The FCC Restricted Radio Telephone Operator Permit is a joke. You have to be a legal resident of the USA, able to speak and hear (does not say what language!), able to keep a rough log of transmissions (again, Latin would be fine) and know the rules that govern the station you operate. But there is no test. Oh yeah, your check has to clear. Back thirty years ago at least they didn't charge you.
