Computer Number From DGCA

was wondering if anyone can help on this matter.
trying to get my jaa license converted to indian cpl. to get a computer number it says to check on the website for submission dates. but i cant seem to find it and after ringing dgca they are not much help either.
can anyone help with the dates of submission. im from the uk so dont want to travel to delhi if the dates already passed in order to get a computer number
