So what is really being said is "We`re broke and the hangar doors are locked. Permanently. We tried hard, but alas. BTW, you`re all fcuked and your money is forever gone. Oh, and you can finish your training elsewhere as long as you pay more money."
So all money from the students is lost, negative refund (hope there is some sort of insurance involved, though somehow I doubt it). But will this have legal implifications for the administration of NEIA?
