Chaps from my club bought the stuff before giving a just a second to think about the paper work. Now we have new and shiny radios and mode S xpdnrs but without papers other that form 1 from manufacturer of avionics
Some guy installed the avionics without CRS
, to make situation worse the planes have EASA TC and are quite rare ( PZL-104 Wilga ) at least so rare that avionics's manufacturer don't have them in minor change list covering almost 500 types.
Is there company anywhere in the Europe that can make and approve minor change for such rare bird ? I couldn't find such company in country that made those planes
